The Real Problem
Off-grid communities and eco-villages run on passion — but collapse under operational chaos. Volunteer coordination, shared resource tracking, and local economy management done via spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups leads to founder burnout and community breakdown.
What We Built
EVE is a full-stack, offline-first community operating system. It handles everything from labour bounties and resource tracking to community matching and governance — working even without internet. It runs on the same DevSecOps principles we apply to every client project.

Built by someone who's been in the trenches.

Richard founded AI Soft in 2023 after more than a decade of senior engineering and architecture roles at IBM, Kyndryl, and Primeo Energie. He has designed and built large-scale data platforms, blockchain integrations, and microservice ecosystems for enterprise clients across Europe.
Alongside AI Soft, Richard serves as COO at CommIT Smart, a company specializing in AI-driven solutions and modern platform engineering.
That same expertise — previously reserved for Fortune 500 companies — is what AI Soft brings to purpose-driven founders and mission-aligned businesses. Richard's guiding principle is that the most impactful projects in the world deserve the most rigorous engineering.
Beyond AI Soft, Richard co-founded Easy Mobile Home, a sustainable construction startup blending traditional building methods with innovative eco-technologies in Spain.
