The Real Problem

Richard founded AI Soft in 2023 after more than a decade of senior engineering and architecture roles at IBM, Kyndryl, and Primeo Energie. He has designed and built large-scale data platforms, blockchain integrations, and microservice ecosystems for enterprise clients across Europe.
Alongside AI Soft, Richard serves as COO at CommIT Smart, a company specializing in AI-driven solutions and modern platform engineering.
That same expertise — previously reserved for Fortune 500 companies — is what AI Soft brings to purpose-driven founders and mission-aligned businesses. Richard's guiding principle is that the most impactful projects in the world deserve the most rigorous engineering.
